Our Story

It started with a $2,800 warranty claim that got denied.

The refrigerator in one of our rental properties died three weeks before the warranty expired. We knew we had the receipt somewhere—probably in an old email, or maybe a photo on a phone we no longer used. After hours of searching, we couldn't find it. Claim denied.
